From Zoox to Duracell
At the 2024 Las Vegas Grand Prix, Williams will debut the logo of the American company Zoox, a specialist in robotaxi development, with which it has signed a multi-year agreement. Meanwhile, within the realm of commercial partnerships for the historic Grove team, Williams has also announced a multi-year renewal with another internationally renowned American brand, Duracell, a leader in battery production.

As a result, just as on the FW46, Duracell’s branding will remain on the livery of next season’s car, which will feature a driver line-up of Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz, newly arrived from Ferrari. To celebrate the agreement, Duracell’s logo will be prominently displayed this weekend on the rear wing.
In recent weeks, Williams has also renewed partnerships with other brands, including Kraken and Gulf Oil. James Bower, Williams Racing’s Commercial Director, expressed his satisfaction: “Williams is proud to have Duracell powering our journey into 2025 and beyond, as we continue to build lasting relationships with leading brands that share our vision and values. The partnership has delivered memorable moments and an iconic branding element that has become a fan favorite on our cars, and we look forward to the next chapter as we continue building momentum.”
The importance of this shared journey was also emphasized by Ramón Velutini, Duracell’s Global CMO: “We are thrilled to extend our partnership with Williams Racing, continuing to support their journey back to the top of the grid. Our shared passion for performance and relentless pursuit of improvement makes Williams Racing a perfect partner for Duracell. Both Williams Racing and Duracell are ‘Built Different’ and embody the belief that ‘enough’ is never enough. I am particularly excited that our exclusive ‘Power Boost Ingredients’ technology will power their devices, both on and off the track.”
