Scuderia Ferrari won’t be the only team revving up its engines next week. The Imola circuit will host Racing Bulls for three days of testing starting Tuesday, with Yuki Tsunoda and Isack Hadjar taking turns on track.
The tests fall within the 1,000 kilometers that each primary driver is allowed during the season for TPCs (Test Previous Cars), which in Racing Bulls’ case will be the AlphaTauri AT04 from 2023.
The Faenza-based team has also opted to forgo the traditional car presentation. The new livery will be unveiled at the Formula 1 event on February 18, but the day before the London showcase, the first test of the car set to compete in the 2025 World Championship season will take place.
Racing Bulls has scheduled its first filming day of the year for February 17 (also at the Imola circuit), where the RB02 (the most likely name for the new car) will hit the track with a livery expected to be either camouflage or carbon-colored.
