Racing Bulls continues to bring updates, taking inspiration from Red Bull. The Faenza team will bring a substantial upgrade package to Las Vegas, ranging from the floor to all the rear-end components of the car.
The suspension and gearbox, in fact, take cues from the cars of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez. This choice might spark debate, especially given recent discussions about an excessively close relationship between the two teams, which could disadvantage their rivals.
Racing Bulls, the new floor arrives in Las Vegas
Specifically, it was McLaren that raised concerns, following the incident with Daniel Ricciardo in Singapore, about internal agreements that should not be allowed. However, Horner quickly refuted these claims, clarifying that there are no agreements between the two teams.
Now, the fact that Racing Bulls will install some Red Bull components could open the door to further discussions. But it remains to be seen if the choice made in Faenza will truly pay off in terms of performance.
Additionally, suspension and gearbox are not the only updates Racing Bulls will bring. A new floor is also expected to debut in Las Vegas. According to information from the Italian media, the new floor should be an adapted version of the spec that first appeared in Austin.
This floor was initially planned after the Hungarian Grand Prix earlier this season, and it should finally make its debut in Las Vegas. In short, Racing Bulls is continuing to work to try to reclaim sixth place in the Constructors’ Championship, recently taken by Alpine after their double podium in Brazil.
