Max Verstappen ready to return to the track: RB21 debut date revealed. Max Verstappen and Red Bull prepare for their debut in 2025 F1.

Red Bull RB20, 2024 F1 car

The season is fast approaching. Between car launches and filming days, Max Verstappen and Red Bull are getting ready to debut the RB21—here’s the expected date.

After a 2024 filled with ups and downs, with various internal issues destabilizing the team, Milton Keynes is looking to bounce back this season. The RB21 will be the first car developed without Adrian Newey, and many are eager to see if Horner’s team can return to the top.

Debut date revealed
Meanwhile, Max Verstappen and Red Bull are preparing to return to the track for the RB21’s debut. The first filming day of the year is expected to take place on February 25, involving both the Dutchman and Liam Lawson.

The chosen track is Sakhir, which will also host pre-season testing from February 26 to 28 in Bahrain.

For Max Verstappen and Liam Lawson, it will be an opportunity to start getting familiar with the car they will drive in the new season. Finding the right feeling with the car from the start will be crucial to avoiding the mistakes of last year.

Liam Lawson, in particular, will need to stay as close as possible to his teammate, as the performance gap in the standings was one of the reasons Helmut Marko decided to part ways with Sergio Perez.
