“It’s great to head straight to Budapest after such a positive weekend at Spa and bring that momentum with us,” Isack Hadjar said. “The car was really competitive throughout the weekend and the result demonstrated that. It was a shame that we had to start from the back of the grid, but we maximised everything that was possible and now we arrive here with a clean slate.
“The Hungaroring suits the characteristics of our car a little better because of its many slow corners, and that should help us make the most of our power-delivery system. The team and I have been working non-stop since January and, with this final push before the summer break, we hope to head into the holidays with a positive result.”
