Isack Hadjar aims for another strong result at unpredictable F1 Singapore GP. Isack Hadjar looks to extend his strong form with Racing Bulls.

Hadjar dreaming big in Singapore: “Anything can happen here…”

This weekend, Formula 1 arrives in Singapore for one of the most anticipated and challenging races on the calendar. The combination of extreme heat, tight barriers, and zero tolerance for errors makes the Marina Bay Street Circuit one of the most unpredictable events of the season. Rookie French driver Isack Hadjar hopes to take advantage of this unpredictability and continue his strong momentum with Racing Bulls.

The unpredictable Marina Bay challenge

Isack Hadjar, who recently secured a podium finish at Zandvoort and has scored points in the last three Grand Prix, expressed his ambition for the night race in Singapore: “It’s my first time in Singapore and I have always dreamed of racing here. I feel very good, and I know the team has worked hard to maintain the performance level we’ve had in recent races, so we will definitely aim for another strong result. This is one of those circuits where anything can happen; qualifying will be crucial, and if we can find the right balance, I think we can aim for another Q3 and score good points. I can’t wait to get back in the car and drive under the night lights.”

Team-mate Lawson recalls childhood memories

Isack Hadjar’s teammate Liam Lawson, who finished a strong fifth in Baku, also shared his thoughts on the Marina Bay track, drawing on memories from his youth: “As a child, the Marina Bay Street Circuit was the track I raced on most in the F1 game, so it quickly became one of my favorite races of the year. Singapore was also my third Grand Prix and the first where I scored points in Formula 1, so it always brings back great memories. It’s a beautiful place, but also very humid and hot, so I expect the race to be tough. Nevertheless, I’m really excited to return this weekend.”

Building on recent form

With both Isack Hadjar and Liam Lawson in good form, Racing Bulls hopes to continue its competitive streak under the night lights. The team has focused on ensuring the car is optimized for the high downforce and technical demands of Singapore, aiming to capitalize on the rookie’s rising confidence and Lawson’s growing experience. Fans can expect an exciting and unpredictable race as the drivers tackle the challenging Marina Bay circuit.
