“My goal is to deliver results, and the driver is the one who must finalize the work of thousands of people. There’s an entire team working for two individuals,” Briatore added. “If a driver doesn’t deliver results, I’ll replace them. In Formula 1, you can’t afford to be empathetic,” he concluded.
