Former Formula 1 driver Daniel Ricciardo has been spotted in the United States, just hours away from the Las Vegas Grand Prix. The Australian was attending an NHL game between the LA Kings and the Buffalo Sabres, with Ricciardo being known as a fan of the Buffalo Bills, the NFL team.
Daniel Ricciardo had reason to celebrate as Buffalo triumphed 1-0 over the Kings, with the lone goal coming in the third period of the match held in Los Angeles.
This puts Daniel Ricciardo just a few hours from Nevada, where the highly anticipated Las Vegas Grand Prix is set to take place this weekend at the 6.2-kilometre Las Vegas Strip Circuit in Nevada. The eight-time Grand Prix winner has been absent from the F1 paddock since the Singapore Grand Prix, where he lost his seat at Red Bull Racing to Liam Lawson after a string of disappointing performances.
Since stepping away from the grid following a 13-season F1 career, the Australian has largely kept a low profile, with few public appearances as he transitions away from the spotlight.
