After the double podium by Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly at the last Grand Prix in Brazil, which allowed the team to climb three positions in the Constructors’ Championship in one fell swoop, Alpine is ready to tackle the final three rounds of a long and grueling season.
Alpine goes pink again
Just a few minutes ago, the Enstone-based team revealed the special livery, nicknamed ‘ALPINK,’ which will adorn the A524 during the final triple-header, following previous color changes in Japan, Monaco, Singapore, and the United States.
The A524 will race on the circuits of Las Vegas, Losail, and Yas Marina in full pink, after the Indiana Jones-inspired orange livery seen in Austin.
As with last year’s edition, in which many teams showcased special designs for the exclusive Las Vegas event, this year’s race promises a similar visual spectacle.
Alpine is the second team to present a themed livery, following Stake’s unveiling yesterday of their new “flaming hot” design, described as embodying “energy, excitement, and intensity,” with bold black flames contrasting against the fluorescent green of the C44.
Thanks to the second and third places secured by Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly at Interlagos, the team led by Flavio Briatore now finds itself in sixth place in the Constructors’ Championship, three points ahead of Racing Bulls and five ahead of Haas.
