Williams has just revealed a special livery for this weekend’s Las Vegas Grand Prix. The British team will race with an all-black design that pays tribute to its title partner Atlassian and their AI-based solution, Rovo. The newly announced livery features subtle rainbow accents across the car, designed to highlight the bright lights of Las Vegas. Through this collaboration, Atlassian is supporting Williams in transforming the team’s internal working systems.
“This stunning livery is the latest celebration of our work with partner Atlassian, helping us accelerate our technological transformation and return Williams to the forefront,” said Team Principal James Vowles.
With this reveal, Williams now has two special livery collaborations with Atlassian during the 2025 season. The first, unveiled for the Texas GP, was inspired by a retro 2002 design. During the Austin weekend, Carlos Sainz secured the first sprint podium in Williams’ history. The 2025 season is currently the team’s most successful since 2016.
Sorin Cheran, Chief Information and Analytics Officer, explained the role of Rovo: “During a busy F1 season, we constantly need to improve and find solutions quickly. Rovo helps us search for files, data, and information within our system. This is essential if we want to achieve our goal: winning the championship.”
Williams’ partners will also offer technology-focused activities linked to the new livery. Throughout the Las Vegas GP week, fans can experience Williams simulators, listen to team presentations, and immerse themselves in the race weekend. A special session featuring James Vowles is also planned, exploring the impact of artificial intelligence in Formula 1.
