For team principal James Vowles, the Carlos Sainz – Alex Albon duo will not be frustrated by 2025’s results but will instead apply the right amount of pressure on the team: “The dynamic within the team is tangibly different from when I first arrived. Now we have two leaders who push each other and push the team for every detail we can extract, and I like that.”
