Carlos Sainz is preparing for his new life with Williams after bidding farewell to Ferrari: his new helmet for the 2025 season is ready. The Spanish driver will have to wait a little longer before hitting the track with his new team, but it seems everything is set.
Driver number 55 has once again chosen to highlight the Spanish flag on his helmet. Carlos Sainz’s choice reminds of a fellow Spaniard’s helmet: Fernando Alonso’s. The colors of the Spanish flag will be the main feature of the helmet, alongside the blue of Williams that characterizes the front of the helmet.

The big news for Williams came on Tuesday, February 11. The British team presented their new suits and, most notably, their new title sponsor. The team has partnered with Atlassian, a company that creates products for software developers, with more than 300,000 clients worldwide.
“We are pleased to have struck this deal with Atlassian. We are gathering all the necessary ingredients to bring the team back to the top positions,” said James Vowles. “Our values align perfectly with Atlassian’s, and I can’t wait to see what this partnership will bring.”
In short, this is a new era for Williams. The arrival of Carlos Sainz could mark a significant turning point for the team founded by Frank Williams. The goal remains to bring one of the most successful teams in F1 history back to the top of the motorsport world.
The FW47 will be on track at Silverstone on Valentine’s Day with a special livery, which will be different from the one we will see later in the season.
