Tension at Red Bull: Max Verstappen’s manager furious after F1 Bahrain performance. Post-Race Clash Between Verstappen’s Manager and Helmut Marko.

Tense moments at Red Bull
The news is significant and could directly impact Max Verstappen’s future with Red Bull. It was reported by Ted Kravitz of Sky Sport UK: “After the race, Raymond Vermeulen, Max Verstappen’s manager, walked into the team’s garage, gave Helmut Marko a piece of his mind, and stormed out in fury.”

The reason for the clash is unclear—especially since Helmut Marko’s post-race comments had seemed balanced and focused on giving Max a title-contending car—but the tension may have stemmed from Red Bull’s disastrous weekend in Sakhir, where the team was both slow on track and error-prone in the pits. Max Verstappen experienced issues in both pit stops: first with the team’s traffic light malfunctioning, and later with trouble removing the front-right tire.

Is Max Verstappen leaving?
After the Bahrain Grand Prix, when asked by Dutch broadcaster Viaplay whether he needed to speak with the team, Max Verstappen quickly shut it down: “Yes, but not now. I don’t feel like it.”
That comment echoed what he said after qualifying, when he stated he didn’t see himself fighting for the championship at all.

In short, the rumors of a possible departure to Mercedes resurfaced in the background this weekend. Who knows—maybe things could suddenly escalate…
