Racing Bulls’ tough Miami: Isack Hadjar falls just short of points, Liam Lawson caught in more trouble. No points for Racing Bulls in Miami.

No points in Miami
A close-fought, razor-thin battle lost by just a tenth and a half. In the Miami GP, a five-second penalty for Yuki Tsunoda due to speeding in the pit lane opened a window for Isack Hadjar to enter the points with Racing Bulls, but the French driver’s efforts were not rewarded. Meanwhile, another collision occurred for Liam Lawson, this time with Jack Doohan at Turn 1. Here are their comments.

Isack Hadjar: “I’m not very satisfied with my driving because I feel like I made a few mistakes here and there, and in the end, I think that cost me the top 10. I gave it everything regardless, I had no margin. Basically, the entire second stint on hard tyres was like a Qualifying battle with Yuki Tsunoda. We lost a point by a tenth and a half. I’m confident for the next race in Imola, I know the track well and I’ve won there in F2.”

Liam Lawson: “The start was very good. A big gap opened up at the first corner, so I went for it and followed the car ahead, but then I felt a hit from the side. We suffered significant damage and I tried to continue in case the rain came, but it didn’t. It’s a shame because the team did a great job this weekend and the car was fast.”
