McLaren continues to prove itself as one of Formula 1’s strongest commercial success stories under CEO Zak Brown, whose leadership helped pull the team out of both competitive and financial difficulties that had weighed heavily on the papaya outfit before 2017.
Following earlier reports from Sky Sports UK, McLaren officially confirmed today a new partnership with technology giant Intel, adding another major global brand to its ever-growing commercial portfolio.
The American company has become McLaren’s official technology partner under a multi-year agreement, although the financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
This will be a broad partnership extending beyond Formula 1 alone. Intel will also collaborate with Arrow McLaren in IndyCar, while additionally becoming the official gaming partner of McLaren F1 Sim Racing, the team’s esports division.
The latest agreement further highlights McLaren’s aggressive commercial expansion strategy, with Zak Brown continuing to strengthen the team’s financial foundation while building partnerships that stretch well beyond the Formula 1 paddock.
This report highlights the strategic commercial growth of McLaren Racing as it integrates Intel’s technology across multiple racing platforms. By securing long-term deals with industry leaders, the team continues to strengthen its technical and financial foundation, ensuring it remains a frontrunner in the highly competitive global motorsport landscape.
