Here is what the journalist said: “Max Verstappen has a clause to exit Red Bull [to get out of his contract before 2028, ed.]. Aston Martin is convinced he will join them. They are confident, both because of Adrian Newey and the Honda engine, and they will welcome him in 2026. One must pay attention because if Max Verstappen really moves [changes teams, ed.], a huge domino effect will unfold.” – the Italian journalist explained.

“At that point, Red Bull will have to look for a top driver in the market,” Leo Turrini concluded, essentially reminding that no driver from their young driver program is ready for the main team.
