The titles of the eighth season of Formula 1: Drive to Survive have been officially announced, and anticipation among F1 fans is already sky-high. The hit Netflix series, which takes viewers behind the scenes of the Formula 1 World Championship, returns with new episodes promising drama, rivalries and major twists throughout the 2025 campaign.

The titles of the new Drive to Survive episodes

The new season will consist of eight episodes, each focusing on key storylines from the 2025 Formula 1 championship. The topics are wide-ranging, from the arrival of several rookies to Christian Horner’s exit from Red Bull, including Ferrari’s struggles and the intense intra-team title fight at McLaren.

“New kids on the track” – As a new season begins under the lights of London’s O2 Arena, six rookies join the grid while a seven-time world champion hangs his helmet in a new garage.

“Just business” – Alpine’s ruthless tactics clash with the softer approach of Kick Sauber. New teams fight to keep their Formula 1 dream alive without seeing it slip away.

“The number one problem” – In the scorching heat of Bahrain, McLaren teammates Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris battle for the title, but only one can prevail as their fight turns into a tense psychological war.

“A bull without horns” – In Japan, Red Bull’s search for speed exposes the car’s weaknesses and intensifies tensions over the second driver, while the circle closes around Christian Horner.

“The sky is the limit” – In Miami, Williams enters a new era: Alex Albon is on the rise, while Carlos Sainz struggles to adapt. With pressure mounting, is the team backing the right driver?

“The duel” – Mercedes and Ferrari fight for second place in the Constructors’ Championship, while Kimi Antonelli and the legendary Lewis Hamilton face enormous expectations within their new teams.

“What happens in Las Vegas” – Las Vegas brings glamour, risk and a new team principal on the pit wall. The stakes are higher than ever, and McLaren is ready to take bold gambles.

“Call me Chucky” – After a setback in Las Vegas, McLaren arrives in Abu Dhabi with a reduced advantage over the reigning world champion. Who will keep their nerve until the checkered flag?

With these episode titles and storylines, season 8 of Drive to Survive promises to be intense, emotional and packed with high-stakes Formula 1 action, ready to captivate both long-time fans and new viewers once again.
