Carlos Sainz – Williams: first official video featuring footage from Abu Dhabi F1 test. Carlos Sainz: here is the first official video with Williams.

Carlos Sainz, Williams, 2024 F1

The Spaniard Joins Grove
Williams began 2025 by releasing a video on its social media channels dedicated to the major signing by team principal James Vowles, who brought Carlos Sainz to Grove.

The Spanish driver has already secured the sponsorship of Santander for the Grove-based team and had the opportunity to test the car previously driven by Logan Sargeant and Franco Colapinto during the Abu Dhabi test day, which officially concluded the 2024 season on the Tuesday following the end of the Championship.

The video shared by Williams includes footage of Carlos Sainz’s test at the Yas Marina circuit, where he wore a white suit for sponsorship reasons that had to be observed until the end of 2024. Below is the video.
