Alex Albon, Williams FW47, 2025 F1

Entering the world of Formula 1 is a dream that many believe is unattainable, but in reality, new opportunities arise regularly. In recent weeks we have reported on job openings at Racing Bulls and Mercedes, and now it is Williams seeking new talent across various departments.
The historic Grove-based team, which has won 16 world titles, has opened 13 new positions for technical, engineering, management, and administrative roles, offering the chance to work side by side with some of the best professionals in motorsport.

The opportunities range from Industrial Placement programs, designed for university students who wish to spend a year gaining hands-on experience within the team, to specialist and senior positions where advanced skills and experience make the difference. The openings cover technical support in aerodynamics, electronics, and structural areas, as well as key sectors such as procurement, IT, safety, maintenance, and quality control—covering nearly every aspect of a modern Formula 1 team.

All roles are based at the Grove headquarters in Oxfordshire, the technological heart of the team, where innovation, precision, and teamwork are essential values. Whether it’s a first step into motorsport or a career progression, Williams offers the opportunity to contribute to the team’s return to the top of Formula 1 in a high-performance environment where talent and dedication are key.
Here is the full list of open positions and the link to apply.
