Isack Hadjar unveils special Zandvoort helmet celebrating his first F1 podium. Isack Hadjar reveals special helmet for final Dutch GP at Zandvoort.

Isack Hadjar, Red Bull RB22, 2026 F1

Isack Hadjar has unveiled a special helmet for the 2026 Dutch Grand Prix, using his return to Zandvoort to commemorate the circuit where he claimed his first Formula 1 podium one year ago. The Red Bull driver’s design also includes a humorous reference to one of the most memorable moments from the celebrations that followed his breakthrough result: the trophy that accidentally broke in two.

The 2026 Dutch Grand Prix will be a particularly significant weekend. Formula 1 returns to action after the summer break, but it will also mark the final Grand Prix at Zandvoort before the Netherlands drops off the calendar. Home favourite Max Verstappen will be aiming to give the Dutch fans one final victory, while Red Bull has prepared several special touches for the occasion.

Isack Hadjar unveils special helmet for Zandvoort

Max Verstappen has already revealed his own special helmet for the final Dutch Grand Prix, but the four-time World Champion will not be the only Red Bull driver running a one-off design.

Isack Hadjar will also contest the final Dutch Grand Prix with a helmet that differs from his regular 2026 design. His reasons, however, are more personal than those of Max Verstappen.

The French driver wants to commemorate what happened at Zandvoort last season, when he finished third while racing for Racing Bulls. That result gave Isack Hadjar the first podium of his Formula 1 career and remains one of the defining moments of his rise through the Red Bull driver structure.

The special helmet adds another element to Red Bull’s wider tribute to the Netherlands, with the team having already revealed unique Dutch GP looks for Max Verstappen and Isack Hadjar ahead of the weekend.

Broken Zandvoort trophy inspires humorous helmet detail

Isack Hadjar’s helmet does not only celebrate the sporting achievement itself. It also contains a humorous reference to the incident that followed the podium ceremony.

After finishing third at Zandvoort in 2025, the trophy marking Isack Hadjar’s maiden Formula 1 podium accidentally broke into two pieces during the celebrations. The unusual moment quickly became part of the story surrounding an already unforgettable weekend, and the Frenchman has now incorporated a reference to it into his special helmet design.

The 2025 result had been the first Formula 1 podium of Isack Hadjar’s career. Since then, he had not returned to the podium either with Racing Bulls or Red Bull, although he came close to another third-place finish in Monaco.

Hadjar returns to a circuit with special memories

For Isack Hadjar, Zandvoort therefore carries a very different significance to most circuits on the Formula 1 calendar. It was there that he converted his potential into a first top-three finish while still driving for Racing Bulls, before subsequently progressing to Red Bull.

The Dutch Grand Prix now offers him the chance to revisit those memories in the final Formula 1 event at the circuit. With his special helmet combining the maiden podium and the broken trophy incident, Isack Hadjar will carry a very personal reminder of his 2025 breakthrough throughout the weekend.
