From 2026, Arvid Lindblad will race in Formula 1 with Racing Bulls. The British driver expresses all his joy for this new chapter in his career.

Arvid Lindblad officially enters the world of Formula 1. The young talent will compete in 2026 with Racing Bulls alongside Liam Lawson. Lindblad spoke with great emotion after the announcement. “I want to thank everyone at VCARB for the opportunity,” the driver says. He explains that his journey began when he was a child. “I started at five years old and my dream has always been to reach Formula 1.” His words reveal pride and determination. He says this moment represents a huge milestone in his life. Lindblad views his debut as the beginning of an even more ambitious path.

Lindblad thanks Red Bull

The new Racing Bulls driver has not forgotten those who supported him along the way. “I am extremely grateful to the Red Bull Junior Programme,” he says. He also highlights the role of his personal team. He says that the trust and guidance he received were decisive. The message is clear: without that support, he would never have reached this point. This part of his statement shows a strong bond with the people who shaped him. Arvid Lindblad’s journey confirms the impact of the Red Bull junior programme in modern motorsport.

It will be a very intense year for everyone

Arvid Lindblad knows that the jump to Formula 1 will be enormous. The driver carrying number 41 does not try to hide it. “2026 will be a big challenge and I will have a lot to learn,” he says. The new technical regulations will make the season even more complex. The driver, however, sees the challenge as an opportunity to grow. He adds that he will work closely with the team. He wants to improve quickly, study every detail, and make use of every piece of feedback. He shows surprising maturity for his age and a very disciplined approach. Lindblad ends with enthusiasm. “I can’t wait to get started. It’s going to be an exciting year,” he declares.

Racing Bulls had long been looking for a young and talented driver. Now they have found one who arrives full of energy and motivation. Lawson and Lindblad will form a young, aggressive pairing with a strong desire to achieve results. The team hopes to build a stable line-up for the future. Arvid Lindblad’s arrival could mark the beginning of a new era. His energy is already lifting the atmosphere at VCARB. The year 2026 could become a true turning point for the Faenza-based team.

For Lindblad, the dream that began on a kart track at age five is now reality. The hard work starts here.
