A fun little toy
At the end of 2024, F1 announced a partnership with the iconic Hot Wheels brand (a Mattel trademark) for the production of 1:64 scale F1 car models, a move parallel to the agreement made with Lego to appeal to and build loyalty among an increasingly younger fan base.

After a generic model was released in late 2024, reproductions of eight teams are expected this year, and the first images of the Red Bull model have already been unveiled.

The design naturally reflects the current ground-effect era, featuring the now-standard Halo and eye-catching fluorescent yellow wheels. Without a doubt, it’s a fun little toy that could enhance F1’s popularity while appealing to future generations of young fans.
