A few months ago marked the thirtieth anniversary of the death of the champion. Through events organized in Imola and documentaries made for the occasion, the world of motorsport has chosen to honor Ayrton Senna in the best possible way, including through the now-famous video game F1 24.
EA Sports, the developer of the official Formula 1 championship game, decided to remember the Brazilian driver in the latest update released online a few days ago. For a limited time, until November 11, players will be able to enjoy several challenges related to Ayrton Senna.
Update highlights
In particular, there are several new features concerning the career of the Brazilian champion. Players can compete in various modes:
Race Scenario: players can relive the events of the 1991 Brazilian GP. On that occasion, Ayrton Senna experienced gearbox issues but still managed to win, reaching the finish line exhausted.
Career Challenges: this will be a kind of journey back to the future. Players will have the chance to see Senna in the 2024 McLaren in a series of special challenges.
Pro Challenge: bridging past and future. Players can challenge the new star of Brazilian motorsport, Gabriel Bortoleto.
