Andrea Kimi Antonelli’s Monza win inspires special Dodici Cilindri collection

Kimi Antonelli, Mercedes 2025 F1

Andrea Kimi Antonelli’s historic victory at the 2026 Italian Grand Prix has inspired a new special clothing collection from Italian brand Dodici Cilindri. The collection celebrates the Mercedes driver’s remarkable Monza triumph, where the 20-year-old charged from 19th on the grid to victory and became the first Italian to win the home Grand Prix in 60 years.

Dodici Cilindri, which is also a partner of Rossomotori.it, has unveiled a special illustration dedicated to the Bologna-born driver’s success. The design is already available on both T-shirts and sweatshirts in two colour options, black and white.

Andrea Kimi Antonelli’s Monza victory inspires new collection

Andrea Kimi Antonelli’s victory at the 2026 Italian Grand Prix will go down as one of the landmark results of his career. At the age of 20, he became the youngest driver ever to win at Monza, exactly 60 years after Ludovico Scarfiotti became the previous Italian to triumph at the famous circuit in 1966.

The achievement was made even more remarkable by the circumstances. After starting only 19th on the grid, Andrea Kimi Antonelli produced an extraordinary recovery drive before completing his charge with a decisive pass on Mercedes team-mate George Russell. The full story of how Andrea Kimi Antonelli won from 19th at Monza underlined both his pace and Mercedes’ aggressive strategic approach.

Italian supporters embraced the performance without hesitation, including many fans traditionally associated with Ferrari. The reaction reflected the significance of seeing an Italian driver win the country’s home Grand Prix again after such a long wait.

The victory also strengthened Andrea Kimi Antonelli’s position at the top of the 2026 Formula 1 Drivers’ Championship. Despite his growing advantage, the Mercedes driver has subsequently insisted that he does not want to become distracted by the title battle, with Andrea Kimi Antonelli playing down championship talk ahead of Madrid.

Dodici Cilindri gives Monza 2026 tribute an Italian theme

Against that backdrop, Dodici Cilindri has presented its latest special collection to celebrate Andrea Kimi Antonelli’s Monza triumph. The available items are a T-shirt and sweatshirt, with each offered in black and white and featuring the special graphic as the central design element.

The Monza 2026 tribute was created by Filippo Radice. On the front is a small representation of the Mercedes W17, while the back features the words “Sarà perché ti amo”, the title of the famous song by Italian group Ricchi e Poveri.

The wording is combined with a playful illustration of Andrea Kimi Antonelli wearing his special Monza helmet while eating a forkful of spaghetti. The concept therefore combines several recognisable symbols of Italian culture with one of the country’s most celebrated sporting figures of the moment.

The design forms the basis of Dodici Cilindri’s third collection dedicated to the 2026 Formula 1 season. The brand, a partner of Rossomotori.it, also offers products from its World Tour 2026 collection featuring the current Formula 1 calendar, as well as its King Charles collection celebrating Charles Leclerc’s return to victory at Silverstone, which is also available as a poster.
